Our philosophy of working across the organisation revolves around customer satisfaction. One important step in this direction is to ensure that delivery of the product is just in time with zero pilferage, exact quantities and proper documentation. To achieve this we have our own dedicated S.S., Aluminium, Rubber lined and M.S. tankers of varying capacity, operated and driven by skilled, certified, competent people experienced in logistics of such products.

We maintain our own warehouses and keep enough stocks. We also continuously strive to get the material from multiple sources so as to ensure that supply chain is always running.

Other area of our competency is to remain up to date with market forces, interact not only with domestic market but  globally, use IT, and to continually brief our esteemed buyers to assist them to make decisions on ‘When to buy, how much to buy and from whom’. We feel happy that once any customer joins us, he is always with us; it is a sort of marriage.

Complete transparency and accountability is our one of guiding principles. Our accounts are maintained on line and any time customers can see the details of transactions, out standings, payable etc.
